Privacy Policy

MultiWeb is built on a simple principle: your data stays with you. All of our tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing you type, calculate, or upload ever leaves your device. We have no servers that process your data and no databases storing your inputs. The only measurement on the site is privacy-friendly, consent-based analytics — see "Google Analytics" below.

• No personal information — We don't ask for your name, email, or any identifying data
• No data collection from tools — None of our calculators, converters, or generators send your inputs anywhere. Everything runs locally in your browser.
• No tracking without consent — We don't use Facebook Pixel or similar trackers. We use Google Analytics in consent mode: it stores cookies only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
• No server-side processing — All calculations, conversions, and image processing happen in your browser
• No data storage — We don't store any of your inputs, results, or uploaded files on our servers

Every MultiWeb tool is a static HTML page with embedded JavaScript. When you use a tool:

• Your browser downloads the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files once
• All processing happens locally using your device's CPU
• No data is sent to any server during tool usage
• When you close the page, all data is gone — nothing persists

We use minimal third-party services:

• Google Fonts — We load the Inter font from Google's CDN. Google may collect your IP address when the font is loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• QR Code library (QRious) — The QR Generator loads a small JavaScript library from a CDN for QR code rendering. No data is sent to the CDN provider.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are most popular). It runs in Google Consent Mode: no analytics cookies are set until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. We use this data in aggregate only, and it cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Document converters (mammoth.js, pdf.js, docx, SheetJS, pdfmake, html2canvas, jsPDF) — The Word, PDF, and Excel converters load these open-source libraries from CDNs. Conversion happens entirely in your browser: the contents of your documents are never transmitted to any server.

We may display advertisements on the site, for example through Google AdSense. If and when ads are enabled, third-party vendors — including Google — may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies — Google and its partners may use advertising cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve and personalize ads, and to measure their effectiveness.
• Opting out of personalized ads — You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• Multi-vendor opt-out — You can also opt out of third-party vendors' advertising cookies at www.aboutads.info and, for European visitors, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
• Partner list — The vendors and partners Google works with are listed at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You control what data is collected:

• Cookie banner — You can Accept or Decline analytics and advertising cookies when the banner appears. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
• Browser settings — You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use private/incognito mode. The tools themselves work fine without any cookies.
• Theme & language preferences — Light/dark theme and language choice are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). You can clear them with your browser's site-data controls.

MultiWeb is a general-purpose tools site and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
